The 300NEO is easy to keep up-to-date with the latest features and fixes
as and when they’re available and its firmware analyses the colours sent
by the driver and the film type fitted and prints the panels in a sequence so
that film panels are not wasted.

Digital shredding™ - The 300NEO is equipped with Magicard’s ‘Digital
Shredding’ function which renders data sent to the printer unreadable after use
– contributing to users’ data security and enhancing compliance with GDPR.

Threat benchmarking - scans are run against the comprehensive vulnerability
assessment tool, Nessus Pro and push regular updates to the device, ensuring
that the printer software and associated system configuration conform to the
highest levels of security.

Anti-fraud - The 300NEO comes with 4 standard HoloKote® designs, Magicard’s
patented HoloKote® security watermark which can be printed across the
card surface. When used with HoloPatch® cards, one area of the HoloKote®
watermark can be highlighted as a high visibility security seal. 

Remote Management - Manage all aspects of printer set-up, maintenance, diagnostics and operation. Remotely monitor printer usage and consumables status.



Updates and upgrades – Magicard’s robust update process allows for updates to be applied to each printer as and when they are available. Upgrades are delivered electronically to the printer via Magicard’s electronic upgrade web tool.


The 300NEO uses the latest version of Magicard’s Clix remote user interface, giving users remote control of the device to manage all aspects of printer set-up, maintenance, diagnostics and operation. The simplest ‘plug and play’ set on the market combined with easy control of device settings, it helps with the management of supplies and enables proactive ordering mechanisms to be established. Clix allows for remote monitoring of activity and the status of the printer and its consumables from any web-enabled device on the same network.
